Bespoke Bourbon Blend: K1 Yeast Trial

The special bespoke blend features our flagship four-grain bourbon but with an experimental twist. We used a different yeast strain called K1 to see what effects it would have on the bourbon. The results were so unique, that we decided to release just a small batch to the public. This special yeast brings a more fruit-forward character to our standard four-grain flavor profile.
